How to start a return (RMA)

  1. Prepare your order number and items to return.
  2. Describe the reason; if damaged/incorrect, include clear photos.
  3. Submit via email info@tianglow.com or our support form (if provided).
  4. Wait for RMA with instructions and the correct return address. Do not ship without RMA.

Return steps

  1. Pack: keep items unopened; include inserts, gifts with purchase, and proof of purchase.
  2. Ship: use a trackable service and keep the receipt.
  3. Notify: send us the tracking number for faster processing.

Eligibility & who pays shipping

  • Unused, unopened, original packaging (seals/safety stickers intact).
  • Change of mind/fit: buyer pays return shipping.
  • Wrong item / damaged / defective: TianGlow covers the return/replacement shipping or provides a prepaid label where available.
Non-returnable (unless DOA)
  • Opened/used cosmetics or skincare
  • Gift cards, e-gift codes, downloadable content
  • Sets/bundles with any component opened or missing
  • Free gifts or items marked “Final sale/Non-returnable”

Photo evidence (for damage/incorrect)

  • Outer carton — all sides
  • Inner packaging & cushioning
  • Product labels & batch/lot (if present)
  • Close-ups of the affected area

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to open a carrier claim and fast-track resolution.

After your return arrives

  • Inspection time: up to 10 business days.
  • Refund time: up to 10 business days after inspection (to original payment method).
