How to Use
After cleansing, toning, and basic skincare, dispense a very small amount onto the included spatula. Apply 3–4 light strokes to the eye-bag area, then gently pat until absorbed. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. For best results, allow the product to absorb for about 20 minutes before applying makeup.
