How to Use
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe along the skin’s texture, then pat lightly to absorb. For layered hydration, apply the toner with clean hands and repeat as needed. To use as a toner pack, saturate cotton pads, place them on dry areas for 10 minutes, remove, and pat in the remaining toner.
