• TianGlow maintains responsibility for ensuring your parcel is safely dispatched and delivered to your designated address. In cases of confirmed loss or damage during transit prior to delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our store policies.

5) Returns & Refunds

Our cancellation, exchange, and refund rules are strictly governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Returns require an approved RMA prior to shipping back unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
