Pyunkang Yul Calming Deep Moisture Toner is a gentle, hydrating toner formulated with Centella Asiatica and other calming extracts to comfort sensitive, irritated skin. Its lightweight formula helps replenish moisture while caring for excess sebum and uneven skin texture.
How to Use
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently sweep over the skin. For additional soothing hydration, saturate thin cotton pads with toner, place them on desired areas for 5–10 minutes, then remove and pat in the remaining product.
