Biodance Skin Refining Mild PHA Toner is a gentle exfoliating toner formulated with 8% PHA to help remove dead skin cells and refine the look of uneven texture. A barrier-supporting blend of five ceramides, NMF, and fatty acids helps maintain hydrated, comfortable-looking skin.
How to Use
After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with toner and gently swipe it across the face and neck. Alternatively, pour the toner into your hands and pat it onto the skin until absorbed.
