1) Supported Countries & Regions
We currently ship to the United States (all 62 states and territories), Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and other major international destinations. If your country/region is not available during checkout, please contact us at info@tianglow.com for custom shipping feasibility.
2) Order Processing Time
All orders are picked, packed, and handed over to our logistical partners within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

4) Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
For cross-border orders, import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and local carrier clearance fees may apply depending on your destination country's regulations. Unless explicitly collected during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5) Order Tracking & Delivery Safeguards
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. TianGlow ensures full responsibility for the transit of your package. If your parcel is confirmed lost or stuck prior to final delivery, please contact us within 7 days so we can issue a replacement or process a refund.
6) Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an invalid address or uncollected status at the local postal facility, a flat return processing fee of $10.00 USD will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover return logistics charges.
7) Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged or contains missing/incorrect items, please report it within 7 days of delivery at info@tianglow.com along with photos of the package and products. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
